The 3rd race of the year at Grays Harbor Raceway went ok started 14th in the A main and finished 12th after having to come into the work area and get the nerf bar away from the steering arm because it got bent up into it but all in all it was a pretty good night check out the videos on the simmons motorsports facebook page of the incar camera that John Fletcher put in the car it is really good videos thank you to John Fletcher for the incar video.

Finally got the 2nd race of the year in and it was with the Northwest Wingless Tour at Grays Harbor Raceway overall it was an ok night qualified 3rd quick didnt finish the heat race started 2nd in the Dash and won it started 12th in the Main was up to 3rd by lap 12 then with like 10 or 11 laps to go pulled off the track because there was no brakes left so ended up 8th but overall it was an ok night Simmons motorsports would like to thank all the sponsors that sponsor the simmons motorsports number 9.

The 2nd race of the season that Jeff Westergard and the simmons motorsports team was going to run at Grays Harbor Raceway got rained out tonight.

Getting the bugs worked out this week on the race car... Comin strong this saturday! Going to have a good crew this week agian! Cant wait to pilot the Simmons Motorsports #9 at Grays Harbor Raceway. Cottage Grove got rained out so we took the car to Grays Harbor Raceway for Test and Tune the test and tune went good it was a good day at the race track.

     We had the car on the track for the first time this year. We ran at Skagit Speedway and were one of the fastest cars there! The day could not have gone any better. Simmons Motorsports is planning on taking a trip to Cottage Grove this weekend to race on there very high paced 1/4 mile oval if the weather holds off.  T-Shirts will be available this Saturday for sale @ $20 a piece. All money raised from shirt sales go towards the car as sponsorship so buy as many as you want!!
